Settings

The settings page enables you to configure options such as copyright year, color palette, and Google Analytics tracking.

Automatically update copyright year

When selected, this feature will automatically update the copyright year for you. When left blank, Solofolio will automatically insert the site title directly after the copyright year. For example, © 2026 Hawksley Visuals

1. Navigate to Settings
2. Click the checkbox titled 'automatically update copyright year'
3. Text entered in the copyright field will be appended to the current year.

Maintenance mode

When maintenance mode is enabled, visitors to your site see a "Coming soon" page instead of your content. This is useful while you are setting up or making major changes to your site.

1. Navigate to Settings
2. Click the checkbox titled 'Maintenance mode enabled'
3. Click Save

As the site owner, you can still preview your live site while maintenance mode is on. When the setting is enabled, a 'Preview site' link appears in the Maintenance mode card. Make sure you are signed in, then use that link to view your site as it will appear once maintenance mode is turned off.
